Examining the Societal Consequences
of the COVID-19 Pandemic

This is a joint report with the BC Centre for Disease Control, and includes contributions from Métis Nation BC and the First Nations Health Authority. The project and this compilation report explore the experiences of British Columbians early in the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2021), with the goal of identifying, monitoring, and reporting on positive and negative consequences of response measures implemented to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Adapting Design for Evolving Needs

The original request involved designing a custom report template for publication in Microsoft Word. The project later transitioned to a more traditional design approach using Adobe InDesign. Consistent formatting was essential to ensure high quality and visual coherence across both print and digital formats. Over four years, 14 individual reports were completed, along with a comprehensive annual report compiling the series to date.
